This 45-minute class uses guided stretching and self myofascial release ("rolling" with tennis balls or other massage tools) to counteract the stiffness and soreness that come from athletic endeavors, repetitive motion, a sedentary job, or plain ol’ life. All levels, all ages, no need to be interested in "yoga". Bring your own mat and tennis balls, or borrow ours.
