Yin yoga is a slower, more meditative style of yoga blending Eastern & Western wisdom. Yin seeks to enhance strength, mobility, and organ health by targeting the connective tissues such as fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones and the meridians of the body as defined by Traditional Chinese Medicine. Bluestem's class is a blend of yin and restorative poses which will plunge you into new depths within your tissues and your mind! Expect longer holds using props to help you find ease. All levels.

Weekly Yin classes include:

Tues 7:00 pm Kaara (75 minutes, candlelight!)

Wed 12:00 PM Hattie (50 minutes)

Sun 7:00 PM Kaara (75 minutes, candlelight!) Returns in January
