This 45-minute class provides guided stretching and self myofascial release (aka "rolling") to counteract the stiffness and soreness that come from athletic endeavors, repetitive motion, a sedentary job, or plain ol’ life, All levels, all ages.
Studio mat and tennis balls available to borrow, or bring your own.
