Vinyasa Flow classes, you guessed it, flow. The teacher cues sequences of poses, linking movement to breath, energizing and warming the body. You'll build stamina and strength and increase flexibility. A mix of standing and floor poses, with variations for students of all levels.
If you're curious about arm balances, try the Thursday evening class! Hattie will prepare you and then guide you into the first steps of arm balances. One evening, unexpectedly, your toes might lift off the mat, and you'll be "flying"! We call this class Vinyasa Flow and Fly. Options for all levels. Don't be afraid, just be curious!
