Yoga and Sound Bath

This class explores balancing internal and external energies through movement and breath. Practice using ancient yogic techniques and ayurvedic concepts to initiate change. Class ends with an extended Savasana (corpse pose) accompanied by live sound healing instruments to support integration and transition. All levels, no experience necessary.
