A sacred candlelight practice to release and let go…

The end of the year is a powerful time for reflection and release. This special class invites you to let go of all that no longer serves you. We do this through a brief letting go meditation, then move into a beautiful release flow practice, allowing you to shed whatever might be blocking your way to greater peace, ease and vitality. The practice closes with singing bowls and resonant viola music — all to help us step into the New Year with renewed energy, clarity and light. All bodies and levels of experience welcome.
