As the studio owner, Sandy strives to make Bluestem a safe space for exploration and evolution, and her favorite classes involve laughing.

  • Suzi

Suzi loves creating flows that allow your practice to meet you exactly where you are, while also reminding you to play and try something new. Her personal practice formed as a way to cope with the effects of arthritis after years of ballet and years of running. A life-long animal lover, Suzi also hosts a local service project class called Kitty Karma Yoga that aims to find homes for adoptable cats
